You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or introduce malicious scripts or unauthorized automated extraction against the service infrastructure.

3. Document Ownership & Content Responsibility

You retain 100% full intellectual property and ownership rights to all documents and images you process through PDFAtlas. We claim zero ownership or rights over your files.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary legal rights, permissions, or ownership to process any documents and images you input into PDFAtlas.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

PDFAtlas is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for absolute precision and reliability in PDF rendering and processing, we do not warrant that results will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDFAtlas and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time. Continued use of PDFAtlas after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
